Officer John Stewart- President
Officer Stewart was voted in as President of the KPOA in 2000. Since then he has strived to promote the KPOA as not just a Labor Union committed to its members, but as an Association committed to his community and fellow law enforcement officers in the State of NH. Officer Stewart has worked hard to promote the Association as a positive business entity in the City of Keene. He has been a driving force in getting the KPOA to be recognized as a major player in NH Politics. Officer Stewart is committed not only to the KPOA members but to the citizens of Keene and to all Law Enforcement professionals.

Officer Bruce Uhas – Vice President
Officer Uhas had been the Chief Steward of the union since1998. In April of 2006, Officer Uhas was voted in as Vice – President. The Vice President acts as the President of the Association in the absence of the President. He is the Chairman of the Finance Committee and the Chairman of the Friends of the KPOA – the political arm of the Keene Police Officers Association. Officer Uhas brings a wealth of knowledge to the Executive Board of the KPOA.

Officer Joseph Willis - Secretary
Officer Willis was voted Secretary in 2002. The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the Board of Directors and all meetings of the membership and record all proceedings of the meetings of the Association and the Board of Directors in a book to be kept for that purpose. The Secretary shall have or cause to be given, notice of all meetings of the Board of Directors and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the President, under whose supervision he/she shall be.

Officer Todd Lawrence - Treasurer
Officer Todd Lawrence has been a member of the KPOA for approximately 7 years and was voted into the Treasurers position in 2005. He comes to the KPOA treasures position with a lot of experience after serving a number of years as the treasurer for the Police Benevolent Association. The Treasurer shall have the custody of the corporate funds and securities and shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the corporation, shall deposit all monies and other valuable effects in the same and to the credit of the corporation, in such depositories as may be designated by the Board of Directors.

Officer Joshua English – Chief Steward
Officer English was recently elected to the position of Chief Steward. The Chief Steward shall be responsible for "policing" the collective agreement, deal with complaints and settle grievances. Besides processing grievances, the Steward shall communicate with the members, local executive and management personnel, listen to members’ problems, motivate members, keep members informed, and periodically check working conditions. The Steward will assist those members in all aspects of the grievance process set forth by Article XIX of the CBA. Officer English is also the Chairman of the Grievance Committee.

Officer Steven Tenney Jr. – Sgt. At Arms
Officer Tenney Jr was voted into the Sgt. At Arms position in 2000. The Sgt. At Arms shall be responsible to the presiding officer for the orderly running of Association meetings. The Sergeant at Arms will maintain order and remove any member, guest or other person who causes a disruption of the meeting. The Sergeant at Arms will be responsible for maintaining security during meetings; keeping out unwanted and uninvited persons. The Sergeant at Arms may call on members to assist in carrying out these duties.

Officer Steven Corrigan - Director
Officer Corrigan was voted onto the Board of Directors in 2000. Officer Corrigan makes up the 7th member of the BOD. The Director shall keep the membership informed at all times of Association matters; to poll the members in order to determine their stand on vital issues; and to present their viewpoint at Executive Board meetings.
